Your trusted partner for impactful  startup talent.

As a talent partner, Cultivate tightens up your workplace when it matters most. We are founders ourselves, and we are serious about scaling.

Our Story

Cultivate was founded by Glaze Martillano and Jazmine Parris, two people & talent pros who’ve spent their career helping companies, from startups to Fortune 500s, build teams that actually work.

What began as a passion for crafting exceptional recruiting and people solutions has evolved into a clear mission: to help companies cultivate the teams that drive culture, innovation, and scalable growth.

At Cultivate, Glaze and Jazmine specialize in uncovering and connecting exceptional talent, people who drive impact, spark innovation, and strengthen your team from the inside out. They focus on building partnerships that power faster decision-making, tighter collaboration, and sustained growth.

LAND OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Cultivate was founded on land that is the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples, and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples from across Turtle Island. We acknowledge that we are all treaty people and accept our responsibility to honour all our relations.

To recognize the land is an expression of gratitude and appreciation to those whose territory we reside on, and a way of honouring the Indigenous people who have been living and working on the land from time immemorial. Land acknowledgements do not exist in a past tense, or historical context: colonialism is current and ongoing, and we need to centre reconciliation in our actions and within our work. We encourage ourselves, partners, and clients to learn about the lands in which they live and to work towards reconciliation.
